Probably the coolest voice on earth, great humor too:) This is a lost tape recording made by a friend of my sister, and one of my first contacts with a sound and music that catched me instantly. I'm from Germany and unfortunately I never was in the U.S. around that time, but everytime I listen to this tape it felt like to be there and I really liked it, so I decided to go there someday. My first time in the U.S. was 1995, I visited San Francisco, L.A., NYC and was very impressed, most of the time I hung around record stores. However, all I want to say that it feels good that still a lot of people loves to remember that time, vibe and spirit shown here, despite any negative aspects that we had (and sadly still have). - Peace -
I know this song has been posted but here is the radio edit and hopefully better sound. It is too good of a tune to not have the radio edit on here.

Here are the BOOGIE CHECK fun segments from a FM radio station here in MN when I was a teenager! Yep! Just like that seventies show, I lived it! Well here is the radio station that was SUPER popular in my age group at that time from 74-76, Its Super Funny! Kids call in to the show and the DJ, they tell jokes, scream, flirt with the disc jockeys and more! Lots of 1970's fun for 13 to 16 year olds! Enjoy this and please SHARE it with anyone that is 50 to 60 years old THEY will get it! And that belt buckle- YES I won that by calling into the station, and I still have it!
